US IT Recruiter

Location: Bangalore, Chennai - India

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team and contribute to the exciting growth of Amick Brown.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Talent Acquisition, you will drive a high volume of recruiting to support our internal teams. Utilizing direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets you should have knowledge of recruitment requirements, strategy, and the skills needed to fill a variety of open positions within the technology space. This position is a remote position based in India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end recruiting including posting jobs, sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and submitting candidates and completing the process until hiring
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Qualify candidates by assessing candidates against requirements set forth by Hiring Managers, closely reviewing the resumes and conducting initial candidate screening
  • Perform phone screens, interview applicants, document recruiting process, extend verbal offers and compete documentation
  • Handle negotiations with little oversight for individual contributor roles
  • Navigate difficult questions and objections from candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on technical roles
  • Flexible to work on both IT and Non IT requirements
  • Experience recruiting for the US market
  • Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
  • Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on authenticity and trust
  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the engineering landscape and talent market
  • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations internally and externally
  • Commitment and perseverance in building and managing a consistent pipeline of candidates
  • Experience with standard recruiting tools and resources and at least one Applicant Tracking System; preferably CATS
  • Positive attitude and team player
