Role & Responsibilities
- Performs IT functions such as, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of IT collaboration applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.
- Provides tier III support for trouble resolution of Intranet, SharePoint, Slack, MS Teams, O365 to supplement the program's operations team.
- Develop complex operational scripts using Python or equivalent language to automate operational tasks.
- Create technical documentation for the support teams and customers.
