Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 7 Months. 

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • We are currently seeking an IT Technician with SCCM experience that will be working within our development lab to build and configure systems for pilot programs utilizing pilot-specific systems.
  • You will be the at the core of the hardware & software configuration and support it through the life of the program.
  • You will be the liaison between the remote device management team and development engineering team when needed.
  • The successful candidate will effectively apply their passion, discipline, knowledge and hands-on skills of software build pipeline in a complete software lifecycle; ensuring the systems are reliably built and ready for shipment to support the pilot team's logistical needs.
  • Build, configure, and test Windows OS based PC hardware
  • Deploy, configure, and test product software
  • Basic Windows PC issue troubleshooting and diagnosis
  • Accept inbound hardware for configuration work or troubleshooting and prep for redeployment
  • Act as liaison to internal customers to coordinate logistics, setting of expectations, and periodic updates on tasks
  • Collaborate with engineering development team on troubleshooting escalations
  • Collaborate with the SCCM to build disk images for new equipment builds
  • Collaborate with SCCM administration team on remote troubleshooting, if needed
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building Windows OS-based PC systems
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with desktop support experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Windows OS environment
  • Experience utilizing SCCM tools
  • AS or BS degree in information technology, computer science, etc. is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with excellent follow up is preferred
