Maintain customer-facing, mission-critical 24/7 production services
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot operating systems, networks and applications
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance and upgrades, including instance patching and replacement.
Provide infrastructure level support for Production, Development and QA environments
Drive best practices for operational policies and procedures, including communication, change and incident management
Participate in an on-call rotation (if needed)
End to end automation using tools like terraform, Ansible etc.
Writing deployment scripts, debugging application issues, and evaluating new technologies.
Delivering 12x7 operations through a customer-focused approach including responding to production alerts.
Implementing system level and application performance monitoring metrics using various monitoring tools like Elastic search, Icinga and Dynatrace.
Documentation and review standards and operational procedures for cloud IF and enable team members to support Cloud Infrastructure.
5+ years of experience with architecture for SAN/NAS (Pure/Isilon/NetApp)
5+ years of experience with Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/KVM) and Backup Software like Commvault
5+ years of experience using Terraform, Ansible etc.
Good grasp of fundamental security concepts with hands-on experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
Working knowledge of risk management and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree, required
