SAP SuccessFactors SSO Consultant

Amick Brown is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors SSO Consultant for an implementation in the public sector.

Location: San Diego, CA - remote
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks – go live on 10/31/2022


Responsibilities:
  • Implement IAS/IPS for SuccessFactors with our current SSO (OKTA), with an emphasis on the LMS External Learner solution in collaboration with our current LMS team.
  • Project preparation, requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint and hands-on functional configuration
  • Training the customer’s staff in usage and administration of the system.
  • Working in conjunction with the customer’s ERP department, Security and BASIS resources on a project team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in with a Single-Sign On(SSO) solution.
  • Should be SAP SuccessFactors certified.
  • Implementation experience of at least one LMS External Learner project with IAS/IPS.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors BizX and LMS user authentication.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, respond to end user support requests, execute, document and support testing, provide support and guidance when integrating new business units into existing solution.
  • Experience with implementations in the US public sector will be preferred.
  • Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from understanding of requirements to proper design technique, configuration, writing, specifications, testing, and documentation as needed
  • Knowledgeable in SAP industry best practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
  • Ability to define, document and produce reports, respond to end user support requests, execute and support testing, deliver training in both group and individual setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions and analyses as developed
  • Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment, work with team as well as contribute individually, and follow standards and strict change control procedures
