Amick Brown is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for our direct customer in the public sector.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12-18 months, part-time/as needed
Estimated pay range: $90 - $115 an hour per client contract and candidate skills, experience and work location.

Responsibilities:

• SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management System, BIB replication to SAP ECC, and reporting, including Standard/Story Reporting/LMS, etc. out of SuccessFactors.
• Support any activities associated with an ongoing ECC to S/4HANA migration. Payroll is currently in ECC.
• Recommend process and system improvements, and configurations required for BIB replication.
• Consult with technical and business teams on new and existing problems and issues
• Troubleshooting issues, especially around our bi-weekly payroll processing schedule
• Any break/fixes or enhancements that may come up due to troubleshooting, policy, MOU, or other statutory requirement changes
• Document all changes and ensure knowledge transfer to the SAP HR Team.
• Assist with future enhancements we are looking to do in the current Employee Central system, due to concerns over current configurations 
• Identify information management issues and opportunities, analyze problems and alternatives, and develop sound conclusions and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management, Reporting, and BIB Integration work
• Experience with SAP Payroll and Time
• Good understanding of BIB replication and configuration
• Understanding of impacts on Personnel Management, Bank Details and Payroll in ECC when SuccessFactors changes are made
• Experience of migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA in the public sector is preferred.
• Experience with SAP RISE is preferred.
• Must have at least 3 full cycle SAP Implementation experience.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze those requirements, and propose solutions for subsequent configuration.
• The ability to analyze the business’ current process and suggest solutions to gain efficiencies/ eliminate manual processes and customizations.
• Ability to perform business rule, process analyses, and reach sound, logical conclusions regarding user client needs and business requirements.
• Ability to understand and apply the analysis of functional requirements to the development systems proposals and recommendations for efficient, cost-effective information systems and technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex systems problems.
• Set priorities and organize work to complete project responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
• Analyze problems and alternatives, develop sound conclusions and recommendations and exercise sound independent judgment within established procedures and general guidelines.
• Understand and apply department, District, state and federal rules, policies, laws, and regulations applicable to areas processes
• Read, interpret, explain, and apply technical information on business processes, software, and hardware for technical and non-technical users.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel, orally and in writing.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, documentation, and other written materials.
• Exercise sound independent judgment within general guidelines.
• Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive, complex, and/or confidential issues.
• Ability to establish and maintain highly effective customer-focused working relationships with all levels of management, employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, and others encountered in the course of work.
