Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a Self-Service portal for pensioners
- Modify the ESS Portal to be accessible to ex-employees
- Develop custom applications where required
- Develop ways to externally access the portal
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in SAP Enterprise Portal & ECC Eh 8
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Data Structures, Processes and Forms
- Experience in developing Employee Self-Service (ESS/MSS) applications in SAP
- ABAP WebDynpro experience
- Experience implementing Workflow
- Experience building Ad Hoc reports on SAP
- Experience with implementing SSO
- Experience developing custom user applications in SAP
- In-depth knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Follows SAP best practices
- Recognizes problems, develops recommendations and solutions within assigned specialty
- Works independently and follows through on assignments
- Excellent communication skills
