Amick Brown is looking for an experienced SAP FI-CO Consultant specializing in the Public Sector

Location: Southern California
Duration: 1 year, extendable to 5 years

  • Support of existing SAP FI-CO system in the public sector
  • Design and configuration of IS-PS Funds Management and Grants Management and integration with SAP Finance, Logistics, Material Management and Plant Maintenance modules
  • Current state assessment of system landscape and documentation
  • Assist in developing and maintaining technical specifications
  • Provide guidance for system architecture and data architecture
  • Assist in collection, analysis and reporting of user requirements
  • Provide production support and end user support
  • Responsibility for the complete SDLC

  • Industry experience of at least 10 years in SAP FI-CO
  • Deep knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, Cash Management, Cost Accounting and Bank Accounting
  • IS-PS Funds Management and IS-PS Grants Management experience is a must.
  • Integration experience of Funds Management with AA, AP, AR, GL and CO is required.
  • Candidates with Experience of Treasury and Travel Management are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the public sector
  • Complete life cycle experience in implementing SAP projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Should be able to communicate findings, proposals, designs and analyses as required
  • Should be familiar with change control processes
