SAP Project Manager

Amick Brown is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager for a contract to hire role with our client in medical device industry
 
  • The Project Manager role is responsible for driving SAP HR development efforts.
  • Manage project schedules, mitigate risks and monitor project budgets
  • Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk
  • Work closely with technical and business organizations to ensure input and representation in the development process
  • Contributes to project prioritization decisions by providing data and analysis


Required Skills:
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in ERP Project, Program Management leading cross functional teams in complex projects.
  • Experience in rolling out HR projects specifically - SAP HR and Oracle HCM
  • Strong experience with Agile and ASAP methodologies
  • Experience effectively organizing and managing multiple, complex and interrelated project tasks
  • Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to solution
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
