Amick Brown is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant for a Lead role in a support and enhancement project in the public sector.


Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead a team of SAP-CRM technical and functional consultants.
  • Maintenance and enhancement activities associated with a CRM system with Geographical Information System integration and web application integration.
  • Requirements, design, configuration, development, certification test support and deployment support for fixes and enhancements.
  • Manage and support application development and maintenance support for business rules, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow.
  • Support modification of business processes and rules to meet current program needs.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, accuracy of data during field operations
  • Ensure continuity of operations by keeping all data in all systems in sync
  • Provide day to day production and support and address end user issues
  • Evaluate business processes and suggest alternative solutions
  • Enforce SAP and industry best practices
  • Help with audit, training and reporting requirements


Required Skills:
 
  • Industry experience of at least 10 years in SAP CRM
  • Experience with Process Integration (PI), Portal and TREX Search Engine
  • Experience with Business Objects Data Services and Data Quality Management (DQM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated competency implementing ITIL V3 best practices experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business models and operational risk
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability and strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Overall technical knowledge with ability to review and provide feedback on support documents
  • Should be able to communicate findings, proposals, designs, and analyses as required
  • Should be familiar with change control processes
