SAP Systems Development Lead:

Amick Brown is seeking an experienced SAP Systems Development Consultant in a SAP CRM Environment for a Lead role in a support and enhancement role in public sector.


Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintenance and enhancement activities associated with a CRM system with Geographical Information System integration and web application integration.
  • Requirements, design, configuration, development, certification test support and deployment support for fixes and enhancements
  • Manage and support application development and maintenance support for business rules, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow.
  • Support modification of business processes and rules to meet current program needs.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, accuracy of data during field operations
  • Ensure continuity of operations by keeping all data in all systems in sync
  • Provide day to day production and support
  • Help with audit and reporting requirements

Required Skills:
 
  • Experience of at least 10 years as a SAP developer (BRICEFW) with specific experience architecting solutions in SAP using ABAP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Experience in managing a team of SAP developers.
  • Experience with working in an SAP CRM environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree from an accredited institution
  • Comprehensive debugging and performance tuning, and scalable solution design skills
  • Experience directing teams in the implementation of new or enhanced technical capabilities within a customer organization.
  • Experience providing analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.
  • Experience formulating and defining a system’s scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability and strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
  • Should be able to communicate findings, proposals, designs, and analyses as required
  • Should be familiar with change control processes
