LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Amick Brown is looking for a Senior LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST for a Task Order Project Management support in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

 
  • Identify Information Technology cradle to grave processes related to applications and infrastructure in public sector
  • Document existing operations and practices
  • Analyzing documented operations and practices against industry best practices
  • Participate in application rationalization process and help with creation of application rationalization plan
  • Provide technical guidance Procurement, Finance concerning business implications of the application of various systems such as etc.
 
Required Minimum Education: BA/BS
 
Required Skills :
  • Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Must have over 10 years of experience with IT processes like Procurement and Finance etc, preferably in the government sector
  • Understanding of large complex IT systems like ERP implementations
  • Experience with public sector preferably the defense sector
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced  environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Overall technical knowledge with ability to review and provide feedback on support documents
  • Should be able to communicate findings, proposals, designs, and analyses as required
